About the Institution: 

Founded in 1992, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR), New Delhi, is dedicated to instilling core values through inspiration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. About the competition:

The Moot Court Society of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR), New Delhi, invites law students across India to participate in the 2nd Dr. Patangrao Kadam Memorial National Moot Court Competition.

Important Dates:

• Registration Deadline: September 25, 2024
• Memorial Submission (Soft Copy): October 1, 2024
• Preliminary & Quarterfinal Rounds: October 25, 2024
• Semi-final & Final Rounds: October 26, 2024
• Valedictory Ceremony: October 26, 2024

Team Composition

• Open to LLB three-year or BALLB/BBALLB five-year students.
• Teams can consist of 2 or 3 members.
• Multiple teams from the same institution are allowed.

Fee Details:

• Registration Fee: ₹3000 per team
• Payment via NEFT followed by completion of the Google Form with the payment receipt.

Venue:

BVIMR Campus, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi (next to Paschim Vihar East Metro Station). Participants need to arrange their own accommodation.

Fee Details and Registration Process:

To register for the competition, teams are required to pay a registration fee of ₹3,000. The registration process consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Payment of the Registration Fee
The fee must be paid via NEFT.

Stage 2: Submission of the Google Form
After completing the payment, teams need to fill out the Google Form and upload the payment receipt through the provided link.

Teams will be officially registered for the competition once both steps are successfully completed.

Awards:

• Winning Team: ₹21,000
• Runners-up Team: ₹11,000
• Best Speaker (Male): ₹5,000
• Best Speaker (Female): ₹5,000
• Best Memorial: ₹5,000
• Trophies and certificates will also be awarded!
